Dichai Shen (Andre) is Founder and CEO of Bridge Consulting. He also serves as a representative for the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) and a consultant for the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in China.

A seasoned consulting professional and a social entrepreneur with 15 years of experience in promoting health and wellbeing through communications and education efforts, Andre is passionate about developing innovative, impactful partnerships that enable China to play a larger role in global health and development.

Prior to founding Bridge Consulting in 2016, Andre had previously worked as a senior associate at Global Health Strategies (GHS), as well as a part-time teacher for middle-schoolers and Olympic athletes at the Beijing New Oriental School (XDF), the High School attached to Renmin University (RDFZ), and the Chinese Athletes Education Foundation (CAEF).
