Xulei joined Bridge as a senior associate with a strong background in public health. She studied Public Health at Brown University and is particularly passionate about health economics and disease prevention. She has experience working in various health organisations, including New Mexico Asian Family Center (NGO), PACE-RI (Care Provider), and Chengdu Medical Reform Department (Government). After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH), she joined ACCESS Health International as a consultant in aging care. She then worked as a project manager of international business in an education company for two years, and was also a co-founder of Beijing Dianyue Technology. Co, a digital media company focusing on online literature. Xulei is experienced in data-driven decision-making and enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment.
